What we read, what we don’t
- What we read: aggregate stats: list size, campaign open / click / bounce rates, automation titles, send cadence over the last 90 days.
- What we don’t: individual subscriber email addresses, customer or donor records, or any personal data from your list.
- About the key. A Mailchimp API key gives full access to your account, so please treat it like a password. The audit only reads, and we keep the key with your audit record until you ask us to delete it. Create one just for this and delete it in Mailchimp when you have your report.
